Beautiful 5 bedroomed private villa, located in a quiet Acoteias just 1.5 kilometers from the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the local amenities.

This villa has a private swimming pool 15mx10, a large garden, barbecue (grill built of stone) for those who want to have fun or relax, this villa is perfect for you.

On the ground floor is the living room with a furniture suite, two bedrooms, an open fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine,1 electric plate and a oven. 
The living room has a snooker table and a game of chess which also has access to the swimming pool.
Each bedrooms are en-suite with a queen size bed. One of the bedrooms has a private terrace.

The first floor is occupied by 3 bedrooms , each of them has a private terrace exit.
One of the bedrooms has a queensize bed and a bathroom , the other two has single beds and a shared bathroom.

The villa is air-conditioned , so you´ll be comfortable even at the height of summer and also in winter.

On the lower ground floor you have a washing and a dishwasher machine, a Garage that can park 2 cars , a service WC and a small living room ( with no TV) with an open fireplace.

Villa Acoteias is located in a residential area, the swimming pool and garden are completely private. Nearby is a local supermarket where you can buy everything you need for your daily meals, plenty of local restaurants, a few snack-bars, taxi stop and bus stop, pharmacy and the well known Pine cliffs Resort where you can play Golf if you want.

Acoteias is between Albufeira and Vilamoura, so you are close to these two amazing places.

The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia - miles of sandy beach, with a backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine-trees - which runs for miles, almost all the way to Vilamoura.

Car rental is by no means necessary, unless perhaps you want to go to the beach everyday or you really want to explore the Algarve during your holiday. For the small trips a taxi or a bus is very handy and not so expensive!

Security: Alarm. Kitchen equipped with fire blankets, fire extinguishers and fire detectors.
